We are looking for a motivated and passionate real estate broker to join our team. As a broker within our agency, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the purchase, sale, or rental of properties, while embodying the values that define our mission: competence, integrity, and kindness.
- Valid real estate brokerage license issued by the OACIQ.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in real estate brokerage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with rigor and professionalism.
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed objectives.
- Solid knowledge of the Montréal real estate market.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- A team of about thirty highly qualified professionals, ready to represent our clients with competence, integrity, and kindness;

If you’re a videographer looking for stability, motivated by the idea of working with brand-new equipment provided for you, and eager to help revolutionize real estate marketing, this role is for you!
We are seeking a talented, autonomous, and creative videographer to showcase our properties and brand content through modern, impactful videos for social media, the web, and our marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and stay on top of social media trends.
- Handle pre-production: objectives, scripts, shoot planning, logistics, and equipment preparation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Conduct filming: properties, interviews, lifestyle content, and marketing capsules, using cinematic shots (gimbal, drone, and other specialized gear).
- Direct on-camera talent and ensure high visual quality: optimal lighting, thoughtful staging, and alignment with brand identity.
- Perform editing, organize files, and meet deadlines.
- Adjust creative approaches based on performance and trends.
- Ensure full maintenance and proper functioning of all audiovisual equipment.
- Any other related tasks! 🙂
- Experience in video production (real estate, architecture, marketing, events, or content creation).
- Proficiency with video equipment (professional camera, drone, lighting, audio).
- Strong technical skills in production and post-production (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop).
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Additional assets: ease of travel within Montréal and surrounding areas; knowledge of the real estate market; photography skills.
- Autonomy, initiative, and flexibility.
- Proficiency with video equipment (professional camera, drone, lighting, audio).
- Creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality content quickly.
- Team spirit.
- Exemplary professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent
- Equipment provided: Sony FX3, Sigma 24–70 mm f/2.8, Zeiss 12 mm, Sony 50 mm, DJI Mini 4 Pro licensed drone, and DJI RS4 Pro gimbal
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: Mont-Royal (travel required depending on projects)
- Parking: Free on site
- Group insurance after 3 months
