You don’t need to book an appointment with a real estate broker to join us at our open houses. A broker from the Bardagi team will always be present on site during the visit to show you the property, with no obligation.

You don’t need a mortgage pre-approval to attend an open house. However, getting pre-approved could be interesting for you to consider, as it gives you a better idea of your budget and allows you to act more quickly if you fall in love with a property.
